Brendan says the residency at An Táin Arts Centre could not have come at a better time. “I am now at a point in my creative life, where I am motivated to move beyond mastery of an instrument or a genre… to stay ‘rooted’ in the traditions that have formed me, whilst at the same time exploring the possibilities of music and technology, and of images, stretching the boundaries to create new innovative music and visuals.”

Brendan McCreanor will be in residence at An Táin Arts Centre from September – November 2022. An Tain Arts Centre’s residency programme is kindly supported by the Arts Council. Follow his progress on Facebook at brendan.mccreanor #antainartists
