Culture Night 2024: Late Night Gallery ‘Flux’ and Screen printing demonstration with Moya Gibney
20 September
No booking required.
We are delighted to welcome Moya Gibney as our latest Emerging Visual Artist in residence. Moya Gibney is a printmaker from Drogheda, who graduated from NCAD in 2018 with a degree in Fine Art. Their work delves into personal identity and gender, focusing on the experiences of gender-queer individuals assigned female at birth. Moya’s practice, informed by their own queer identity, aims to amplify underrepresented voices and challenge conventional narratives.
The Open studio provides a great opportunity to talk with Moya about them work and experiences, plus Moya will be demonstrating a screen printing technique in their studio.
